A member of CABR since 1993, OAR member since 1993, NAREB since 2004, Realtor of the Year Committee Member in 2014. Former Vice Chair and Chairman of CABR in 2019.

He now serves as REO Specialist - Certified in 2014, Accredited Buyer Rep since 1995, H.O.M.E. Board of Directors since 2008, and Higher Ground Ministries Board of Trustees.

While launching his real estate career, Kyria spent many years in the public service sector as an Ohio Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer with Thompson Hall & Jordan Funeral Home, and as an Ohio Peace Officer. He is invigorated by the opportunity to help buyers, sellers and investors take the next step in their real estate journey. He recognizes both the emotional as well as financial importance of making well informed decisions in the fast-paced real estate world.
